我们的科研团队致力于探索活细胞中生物大分子的动态过程和作用机理,尤其专注于固有无序蛋白(Intrinsically Disordered Protein,IDP)的生物学特性及其在基因组结构与功能稳态方面的关键作用。在高等生物体的蛋白质组中,超过40%的蛋白都包含固有无序区域,它们在基因调控、信号传导和病毒感染等方面发挥着重要功能。与折叠的蛋白质不同,固有无序蛋白具有高度无序、局部移动性和高动态性的特点。这些特性使得传统的生物物理技术难以在活细胞内解析其动态作用。因此,固有无序蛋白被称为活细胞中的“暗物质”。为了解决这一挑战,我们的研究团队致力于系统性地开发多个新的交叉融合生物技术,包括超分辨动态成像、基因编码扩展和微流控芯片等先进工具,旨在揭示活细胞中固有无序蛋白的实时动态作用。利用这些交叉融合的生物技术,我们的研究有望为理解固有无序蛋白在基因组结构与功能中的作用机制打开新的视角。
