离子通道作为机体感知周围环境信息的功能界面,广泛分布在各种组织中,是机体与内部和外部环境交流不可或缺的信号途径,支撑着机体在健康与疾病状态下的适应性调节。我们长期聚焦热敏瞬时受体势(Transient Receptor Potential, TRP)通道调控及其在健康与疾病中的意义开展研究,在深入解析离子通道的门控机制与功能调控机理的基础上,进而揭示了这些通道在生理病理过程中的关键作用。相关研究工作在PNAS, eLife, Adv.
