研究方向与成果

机体多脏器的联动很大程度上依赖于细胞间的通讯,而这些通讯无时无刻不在通过各种方式进行着。因此,破译细胞间的通讯语言是了解细胞完整功能的重要一环。这一问题既重要,也非常有趣。我们将从代谢性疾病入手,主要以肝脏,脂肪、胰岛及其相关免疫细胞为研究对象,以外泌体和微量元素为手段,结合多组学大数据分析,探索细胞是如何在代谢性疾病的发生发展过程中扮演worker(自身功能维持)和manager(通信物质释放与接收)的角色的。对于这一问题的回答,将有助于从整体上理解代谢性疾病的病理机制,也将为寻求治疗靶点提供新的思路和评价体系。课题组以第一或通讯作者(含共同)身份,发表学术论文10篇,其中包含3篇Cell Metabolism(2021,2022a,2022b), Nature Communications(2022)及PNAS(2017)等国际著名杂志,并被多位知名科学家在Cell Metabolism, Nature Review Endocrinology, Faculty Opinions上重点推荐。
